INGREDIENTS
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup goat cheese
* 1 celery stalk, minced
* 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
* In a bowl, stir together garlic, goat cheese, celery, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend well until the sauce is smooth. Cover, and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
